The position is for UKM Real Estate Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of UKM Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
The Job responsibilities are as follows :
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bills of quantities and other relevant documentation.
- Plan, develop, implement the design, concepts for projects, cost and expenses of the project.
- Work closely with clients, internal and external related professional for conceptualization stage to production stage.
- Produce 3D graphic renderings and visualization of the projects, structural build up and installation.
- Ensure conformance to customer's specification, company standard and other regulations.
- Any other work and tasks assigned by the Management.
