Personal Assistant (Automotive)

Responsibilities:

  • Representative of Branch Manager (Male) to monitor the shipment & logistic operation - Import vehicles and distribute to various places
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, also take minutes and follow up the works progress.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Effective communication with other branches and HQ.
  • Other related ad-hoc as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • A minimum of 10 years of working experience in Administrative / Personal Assistant / Logistic or Automotive Industry.
