Responsibilities:
- Representative of Branch Manager (Male) to monitor the shipment & logistic operation - Import vehicles and distribute to various places
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, also take minutes and follow up the works progress.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Effective communication with other branches and HQ.
- Other related ad-hoc as assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- A minimum of 10 years of working experience in Administrative / Personal Assistant / Logistic or Automotive Industry.
