Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist Finance Manager in month-end closing and financial reporting for different regions.
- Handle daily administration jobs such as invoicing, data entry and liaise with clients to collect complete documents for audit purpose.
- Ad-hoc clerical job task assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possesses at least Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- With experience of audit is a plus.
- Familiar with the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both speaking and typing).
- Detail-oriented would be a great plus.
- Fresh graduate will be provided extensive training.
