Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible to investigate, monitor and follow up on internal abnormality activities as per request.
Ø Defective analysis for internal Quality, Process & Customer claim, to clear the root cause of problem, and recommend for countermeasure.
Ø Monitor defective trend and analyze data to identify area of improvement for each process and section.
Ø Organize & conduct simulation test or related activity, to reproduce the defect scenario & phenomenon.
Ø Arrange test at internal or external laboratory, for material analysis report.
Ø Work together with QA & related department for continuous improvement activity.
Ø To perform any other duties that assign by your superior or Company Management.
Requirement:
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Science.
At least 1-2 year of working experience in a related field.
Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in Japanese, English and Malay communication.
Possess own transport.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
