Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to develop new rubber formulations and improve existing products.
- Create and refine designs for rubber products, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and implement testing protocols to evaluate the mechanical, chemical and physical properties of rubber products.
- Ensure all products meet safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize productions processes for efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Master in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Material Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of rubber materials, compounding, and processing techniques is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with rubber molding and curing processes.
- Knowledge of material testing and characterization methods.
- Understanding of manufacturing process optimization.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
