Accounts Manager

Scope & Responsibility

• Manage the Accounts and Finances of the Company and its subsidiary.
• Manage invoicing, banking facilities and trade facilities instruments relating such as bank guarantees, letter of credits, etc. 
• Manage invoicing requirements as may be required for billings of project nature.
• Manage mandatory tax and annual accounts submissions in compliance with statutory requirements. 
• Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretaries, tax agents, bankers, insurers, and statutory bodies
• Manage team to ensure effective monitoring of order book to revenue recognition.
• Review established financial policies, work processes and risk controls for improvements to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare regular financial and statistical reports for presentation to upper management, including financial reports authorized by management when required for outside entities, such as investors, banks, auditors, government agencies, etc
• Any other duties as delegated by management

Requirement

• Location of work in Bangi, Selangor
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Accounting/Finance capacity, full set of accounts including consolidation accounts and tax submissions. 
• Strong knowledge with hands-on experience in trade facility operations, accounting principles, practices and regulatory compliance, multi-currency & cashflow management and experience in project cost accounting.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Account or equivalent.
• Previously worked in engineering industrial/ telecommunication systems in the oil & gas projects industry will be considered.
• Required Skill(s):Proficiency in Accounting software such as SQL, MS Office (Excel, Presentation, Word)
• Professional or Chartered Accountant is an added value to the applicant.
• Preferably strong leadership interpersonal, possess a positive attitude, able to cope with tight deadlines & under pressure, work independently, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, possess good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Possess valid driving license is advisable.
