Requirements :
Candidate must possess a recognized Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or a
professional accounting qualification;
With relevant work experience and have hands-on experience in accounting and SST
reporting;
Strong accounting skills and data analytical skills with relevant experience in
accounting;
Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
Good command of both written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Responsible, good working attitude, meticulous, organised and good interpersonal
skills.
Responsibilities :
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including recording
transactions, expenses, claims and revenue.
Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, verifying payments and ensuring all payments
are paid timely and properly authorized according to company policy.
Accounts Receivable: Following up on outstanding payments by sending reminders to
ensure timely collection.
Financial Reporting: Preparing year-end financial statements and supporting schedules
for audit, monthly management accounts and other financial reports.
Budgeting: Assisting in budget preparation.
Banking and Reconciliation: Handling bank transactions, reconciling bank statements,
and resolving discrepancies.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit, tax matters and related queries.
Liaise and follow up with bank officers in relation to bank matters.
Check, verify and process payments and ensure all payments are properly authorized
according to company policy.
