Requirements :
Minimum Diploma qualification
At least 1-2 years working experience;
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
Computer literate;
Good personality, diligent, responsible, eager to learn and able to follow orders.
Responsibilities :
Handle and coordinate on incoming and outgoing documents
Answering phone calls and taking messages
Provide administrative support around office as needed
Assist with preparation of documents and filing.
