Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Fresh graduate or 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have certificate Malaysian Institutes of Accountants (MIA)
- Proficiency in computer use
- Preferably able to speak Malay and English
- Ability to work under tight timelines across multiple time zones and prioritize important/urgent task
Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that monthly financial statements are properly prepared and updated.
- To ensure that all receipts are properly and correctly updated in Financial Accounting System (FAS).
- To ensure that bank reconciliation is properly prepared and updated.
- To ensure proper documentation and record keeping is done for all receipts.
- To keep all files in an orderly manner.
- To attend regular unit meeting.
- To operate computer for the preparation and maintenance of accounts and various reports.
- To answer to all queries pertaining to accounts.
- To participate in audits or other quality assurance activities.
- To perform other job related duties as directed/requested by management from time to time.
Needed skills:
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal skills and being a team player
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
