Job Description
- Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Schedule daily shipments for customers, ensuring timely and efficient pickups by courier services.
- Enter shipment details into the courier service system and manage the printing of consignment notes.
- Coordinate with courier services to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
