Job Responsibilities:
- Equipment Management: Supervise the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of company equipment. Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability. Monitor equipment performance, promptly identifying and addressing faults or abnormalities. Maintain inventory records for equipment, tools, and spare parts to ensure adequate supply.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment operations comply with company policies and relevant legal safety standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Provide training and guidance to employees on safe equipment operation.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the equipment department team, including operators, mechanics, and technicians. Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Offer continuous training and career development opportunities for team members.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage the budget for the equipment department, including cost control for maintenance, repairs, and replacements. Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely acquisition of necessary equipment, parts, and materials. Optimize resource allocation to effectively meet production and operational needs.
- Coordination and Communication: Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other departments to coordinate equipment usage and allocation. Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure timely access to parts and service support. Regularly prepare and submit reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and budget utilization.
Qualification Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Equipment Management, or related technical field.
- Work Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical automation-related fields.
- Experience in equipment management or team management is preferred.
- Skill Requirements:
- Proficient in equipment and mechanical knowledge, familiar with industry-standard operations and maintenance practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong team leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members.
- Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin.
Personal Qualities:
- Detail-oriented: Attentive to details, capable of handling all workshop tasks accurately.
- Strong Sense of Responsibility: High sense of responsibility, able to maintain high efficiency under pressure.

Candidates will be sent to the headquarters in Dalian for training for 1-3 months.
