- Social Media Management: Handle postings on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to enhance the company's online presence and engage with the target audience.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in formulating, planning, and implementing marketing plans and strategies aimed at promoting the company’s properties and services to achieve sales targets.
- Market Research and Reporting: Conduct and update market research on the latest property launches and trends, preparing detailed research reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
- Advertising and Promotions: Participate in the conceptualization and review of all advertising and promotional materials to ensure consistent and effective communication to target markets.
- Prepare of sales & marketing materials and kits relating to sales, promotion and advertisement including, brochures, flyers, press advertisement and others.
- Event Coordination and Liaison:
-Organize, coordinate, and participate in sales and marketing events such as sales launches, exhibitions, and roadshows.
- Work closely with sales teams to monitor the success of marketing campaigns and liaise with relevant authorities for necessary approvals and submissions.
- Ensure the sales gallery and show unit(s) are in good and presentable condition.
- Assist in project handing over (VP).
- Assist in APDL application/renewal, 7F report, Napic, etc.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors.
- Perform in sales avtivities when needed.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments and duties assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience in property development industry or in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Enthusiastic about venturing into the Property Industry.
- Familiar in KPKT / Housing Development Act is advantage
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Able to start work immediately or short notice will be added advantage.
