The Customer Service & Support Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of sales processes. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and handling customer inquiries. The Sales Administrator acts as a liaison between the sales team, customers and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years of Experience in the industry relevant to the company.
- But fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be able to speak Mandarin (written chinese is not required)
- Familiarity with SQL-Accounting ERP systems is added advantage
- Successful Candidate who can commence working on 1/9/2024 will be prioritized
