About the Role:
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and ensuring a seamless experience for those in need of medical or travel assistance. You'll be coordinating aeromedical transport cases, managing medical claims, and delivering exceptional service with professionalism, patience, and a people-first attitude.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in a call center or healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including night shifts (45 hours/week)
- Must be willing to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- Own transport is required.
