RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Assist in the general sales administration of the sales division and maintain and update accurate records.
- To coordinate with sales enquiries and attend to customers’ enquiries.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities/strategies.
- Provide sales and technical support to sales team.
- Liaise with Admin./Ordering Dept to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Preparing sales and performance reports and presentation materials.
- Maintaining office systems including data management.
- Monitoring shipping & logistics for import of products from overseas.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Team to manage and maintain company’s social media accounts: Shopee (update & order processing), Lazada, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS;
- Familiar with sales and performance reports and analysis of information.
- Able to use Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations
- Skills in Planning, Organizing, Coordinating, Analytical and Management
- Possess positive working attitude, good interpersonal and communicational skills.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor ‘s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related fields
- 3 years of working experience with good people skill, financial and IT skills.
