SALES COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES;

  • Assist in the general sales administration of the sales division and maintain and update accurate records.
  • To coordinate with sales enquiries and attend to customers’ enquiries.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities/strategies.
  • Provide sales and technical support to sales team.
  • Liaise with Admin./Ordering Dept to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Preparing sales and performance reports and presentation materials.
  • Maintaining office systems including data management.
  • Monitoring shipping & logistics for import of products from overseas.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Team to manage and maintain company’s social media accounts: Shopee (update & order processing), Lazada, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS;

  • Familiar with sales and performance reports and analysis of information.
  • Able to use Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations
  • Skills in Planning, Organizing, Coordinating, Analytical and Management
  • Possess positive working attitude, good interpersonal and communicational skills.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor ‘s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing or related fields
  • 3 years of working experience with good people skill, financial and IT skills.
