Merchandising plan execution
- Assist in the development and execution of merchandise plans and strategies based on sales data, market trends, and customer needs.
- Help manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Assist on report generating and data analyse to understand more on product sell out performance.
Product sourcing, purchase and support
- Assist on new product sourcing.
- Assist in placing orders with suppliers and managing the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Track and follow up on order status and resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure that product assortments meet customer preferences and align with brand strategies.
- Support visual merchandising efforts by providing input on product placement and display strategy.
- Assist in planning and implementing in-store promotions, sales events, and marketing campaigns by coordinate with both operations and marketing team.
- Ensure that promotional materials and product displays are set up according to company guidelines by coordinate with design team and visual merchandising team.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide recommendations for merchandise planning and strategy adjustments.
Communication and reporting
- Communicate effectively among merchandising team, operations, marketing, design, VM and stores.
- Report to Merchandising Assistant Manager.
