JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for contacting customers to collect or remind them of overdue payments.
- Initiate outbound calls to remind customers of outstanding payments.
- Persuade, negotiate, and collaborate with customers/clients to establish feasible repayment plans.
- Efficiently follow up on payment commitments made by customers.
- To achieve individual / group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme
- Explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services.
