Seeking an expert-level Functional Analyst for Adobe Commerce Cloud to bridge business needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for Adobe Commerce Cloud
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create functional specifications for software development
- Conduct user interviews and facilitate requirement workshops
- Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired states
- Support testing and validation of implemented solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time, permanent position
WORK SCHEDULE: 9 AM to 6 PM
WORK LOCATION: Hybrid (mix of work from home and minimum 2x a month onsite). Office address is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
