Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial operations policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance for inventory management and control processes cycle counts of physical inventory, and review of excess and obsolete inventory.
- Develop financial analysis to support operational decision making, including the evaluation of capital investments.
- Develop budgets, forecasts and long-range financial projections based on sound assumptions, analysis and judgement that support the achievement of operational and company goals.
- Administration processes mapping and evaluation, in a perspective of cost saving and resource optimization.
- Monitor and analyses financial data, identifying trends, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and mitigate financial risk, including monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Review and reconcile financial accounts timely for management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Strong relationships with stakeholders and vendor.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- 2-3 years of experience in Costing, or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (Advantage)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Organizational skills
