RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Pre-contract (Tender)
Involving/assisting with the tender team for calling quotations, taking off quantity, BQ Coding, Inking etc.
2) Post-contract (Main Contract / Sub-Contract)
- Progress Payment, Claim preparation & Submission including liaison with Project Consultants.
- Taking off / measurements of project quantities for all Building work and infra Work.
- Variation Orders compilation, preparation & submission for approval.
- Calling / Compiling all quotations from Sub-contractors & Suppliers
- Material Sample Submission for approval
- Sub-contractors progress claim certification including site joint measurements.
- Assists in monitoring materials as required for the up-to-date work projects.
- Any other duties assigned where appropriate.
