- To perform and provide support to all levels of customer concerning service functions.
- To carry out sales activities, identify new clients and to service existing clients.
- To conduct sales visit and update sales visit schedule.
- To ensure smooth flow of day-to day operations between departments, provide solutions and suggestions to operational problems.
