 Job Responsibilities 

  • To collect outgoings from residents.
  • Prepare collection report to be submitted to Head Office.
  • To update debtors’ aging and arrange on enforcement i.e, water disconnection, reminders.
  • Receive and record service request/ complaint from residents.
  • To prepare monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel and/or other property management software.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Some knowledge in accounts would be an advantage.
