Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and insurance requirements.
- Educate clients about Financial principles, products, and services offered by the company.
- Develop customized Financial plans for clients that align with their financial objectives .
- Present and explain Financial proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree & Diploma
- Previous experience in insurance sales, financial planning, or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
