Position Overview:
Are you a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a Front Desk Customer Service Superstar to be the welcoming face of our company. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Able to communicate in Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Provide information about our services and products, and help customers make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a great personality is a must!
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and customer management software.
- Experienced in working in a hospitality industry is a plus point
