Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
  • Keep track of key metrics to improve effectiveness and reduce expenditure.
  • Prepare negotiation strategies and close deals.
  • Perform cost and scenario analysis.
  • Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
  • Proven working experience as purchasing manager, agent or officer.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
  • Knowledge in market dynamics along with business sense.
  • A knack for negotiation and networking.
  • Working experience of vendor management software.
  • Able to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.
  • Excellent judgement along with decision making skills.
  • Exemplary leadership capabilities.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
