Job Scope
1) Assists the project manager in project take-offs/to take off quantity for on-going projects and tender.
2) To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contracts preparation. 3) To prepare project budgets and cost analysis.
4) To ensure timely handling and certification of on-going project claims and payments including VOs.
5) To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers.
Requirements
1) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, with Quantity surveyor related. 2) Preferable Executives specializing in quantity surveying or equivalent.
3) Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malay
4) Good management of overall QS operation
