Job Description:
- Responsible for preparation and maintenance of general ledgers including verifying, allocating and posting accounting data into ERP system timely and accurately.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS) and other supporting schedules, ensuring compliance with internal deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide management with financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date Fixed Asset Listing and Fixed asset verification.
- Coordinate with auditor, tax agents, company secretary, etc and support the preparation and filling of audited financial statement, tax return, transfer pricing documents, etc.
- Assist in the development and improvement of financial controls and procedures to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the accounting department.
- Added advantage if you have experience in accounting audit, Company Tax, SST and Company Secretary.
- Facilitate and complete any ad hoc task assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Accountancy /Finance.
- 2 years applicable experience in finance and manufacturing accounting will be added advantage.
- Possess good accounting knowledge.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
- Good time management, planning and organizing skills.
