Responsibility
- Monitor Operation Executive daily task in Ballroom
- Maintain the cleanliness of venue
- Know how of trouble shooting in venue
- Communicate with Mall Management for event arrangement
- Familiar with venue Entrance and Exit
- Coordinate with tenant who held event in our venue
- Coordinate for Tables and Chairs arrangements require by tenant
- Coordinate to set up F&B catering when necessary
- Coordinate with AV team arrangements for tenant
- Need to know how to use PC or Laptop
- Need to know how to key in SQL accounting software
- Need to follow up payment with tenant
- Arrangements for tenant renting schedule
- Explanation of the venue to tenant
- Close sales for venue
Education
- Diploma in any subject
- SPM
Experience/Skill
- High self discipline
- High Coordination skill with different party
- Good communication skill
- Basic selling skill
- Self motivation
- Work independent
- Handle team for task arrangements
