Role Summary:
As Myra’s Contract Executive, you are responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of property development projects. They work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that construction projects are completed within budget and on time.
Responsibilities:
- To examine material costs, outsourced labour costs, and other contract charges to ensure a healthy margin.
- To assist with tendering, measurement confirmation, and contract management.
- To prepare tender and contract documentation, including bills of quantities, in line with building and construction laws.
- Work together and liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- To find and invite suppliers/subcontractors to submit quotations/proposals in accordance with the tender specifications.
- To do work evaluation and process claim preparation and submission.
- To prepare related reports and manage necessary paperwork for the team.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Candidates with Glodon experience are a plus!
- Familiar with contract administration and contractual methods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
