Leadership is hit or miss at Arula Group
It's been an interesting ride here. Some good, some not so good, especially with the higher-ups.
I've learned a lot as a Project Manager here. The senior leaders sometimes push for innovation in our tech projects, which is cool. There's a decent hybrid setup for the San Francisco office, which helps with work-life.
Leadership can be inconsistent. You get mixed messages from different directors, and it makes planning tough. Communication often breaks down, especially between departments, which causes delays in corporate initiatives.
Work on consistent messaging across leadership teams. Clearer communication would help everyone, especially for critical project timelines.
