Leadership tries, but it's a mixed bag
Pros: Some leaders genuinely care about their teams here. They want to do well and often give product managers room to own projects. That's good for driving features in the mobile VAS sector.
Cons: There's often a lack of clear vision from the top. We see a lot of changing priorities for our digital products. Communication from senior management in the Kuala Lumpur office can be spotty, making planning hard.
Advice to Management: Really focus on setting a consistent, long-term strategy for your digital content and mobile VAS initiatives. Clearer communication from the top would help everyone on the ground.
