Liaise with overseas customers and suppliers on sourcing requirements for sports accessories.
Support global customers by communicating project updates and ensuring smooth implementation.
Assist in product development procurement, including price and term negotiations to ensure optimal supply assurance, quality, flexibility, and delivery performance.
Create and maintain accurate product data, including product codes, packaging details, and shipping instructions.
Ensure proper procurement processes and documentation for order issuance and receipt.
Handle logistics arrangements for the full order cycle, including shipment coordination and tracking.
Ensure all purchased goods meet required specifications and quality standards.
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure effective document control for easy access and retrieval.
Provide support in sample follow-up, basic material checking, and simple development tasks when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel overseas when required.
Proficient in desktop applications and Windows-based programs.
Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
