Qualification : Diploma in Quantity Surveyor / Diploma in Building / Diploma in M&E
Scope of Work:
- Estimate and prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) take-off for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works.
- Review and interpret construction and M&E drawings.
- Prepare tender costing, quotations and submission documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Knowledge in designing Fire Fighting Systems, piping works and pumps will be an advantage.
- Able to prepare and amend AutoCAD drawings.
- Attend site visits, conduct measurements and verify design requirements when necessary.
- Assist in project cost control and tender documentation.
Vehicle: Possess valid Motorcycle / Car Driving License
Training: Training will be provided
Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage.
Expected Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 (Depending on experience)
