Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily showroom operations.
  • Supervise and motivate showroom sales staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and coordinate with the warehouse.
  • Prepare sales reports and support promotional campaigns.
  • Train new employees on products and sales procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail, showroom, or sales management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of bathroom, kitchen, or home improvement products is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and POS systems).
