Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer accounts and prepare accounts receivable (AR) aging reports.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
  • Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer payment status, credit issues, and account matters.
  • Process customer sales orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, after-sales service, and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, payment schedules, and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Finance, Warehouse, and Sales to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult collection situations professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Willing to travel and outstation when required
  • Possess own transport (Allowance and Reimbursement will be entitled)
