We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled production workers to join our manufacturing team. We specialize in high-precision tool steel products and are looking for talents experienced in Surface Grinding and Profile Grinding. Candidates with strong expertise in at least ONE of these areas are highly encouraged to apply.
You will be assigned to a specific role based on your primary technical skill set:
- Operate automatic surface grinding machines to achieve high-precision flat surfaces and finishes on hardened tool steel parts.
- Independently select and dress grinding wheels based on material hardness and surface finish requirements.
- Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to ensure smooth production flow.
- In charge of the metal stamping production output
- Die Setting & Die Maintenance
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment is also part of the job.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in either Surface Grinding and/ or Profile Grinding.
- Precision Capability: Must be comfortable and proven at working within tight tolerances (+/-0.010mm)
- Education: SPM / STPM / SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) or Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or equivalent.
- Soft Skills: Good Discipline, Punctual, and a Strong Sense of Responsibility toward Work Quality, Strong Attention to Details, Quality-Conscious, and Responsible.
Salary Range
Salary will be offer in proportion with technical competency, machine setup capabilities, and experience:
- Intermediate skill level: RM3,000 to RM3,500
- Advanced skill level: RM3,500 to RM4,500
