Job Requirements:

Minimum education: Certificate / Vocational / Diploma
1–2 years of experience in live e-commerce or related fields (team management experience is an advantage)
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Strong knowledge of TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and other live e-commerce platforms
Skilled in ad placement and data analysis, with the ability to optimize based on insights
Creative mindset for planning engaging live-stream content and campaigns
Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and build systems from the ground up
Able to work on weekends and adapt to a rotating shift schedule

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement live-stream strategies aligned with market trends and company goals.
Optimize live-stream processes to maximize audience engagement and conversions.
Lead and manage the live-stream team, providing training and support to enhance professionalism and content quality.
Plan and execute ad placement strategies to boost traffic and improve ad performance.
Monitor key live-stream performance metrics (viewership, leads, conversion rates), analyze data, and propose optimization strategies.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring successful campaign execution.
