Maintain employee data in HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Manage the on-to-off boarding process through HRIS system to ensure an up-to-date employee record in HR system database
Manage scope of duties and answer employee enquiries including but not limited to, employee movement, employee benefits administration, onboarding and off boarding, work visa application, system related, employment verification letter, Reporting, etc
Leverage tools such as Case Management Platform to respond and track requestor enquiries
Work on agreed SLAs to provide data and information as to the effectiveness of the services provided
Any ad hoc duties and projects
Requirements
Students pursuing a Degree in Language & Linguistics, Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Science, Psychology, Business Management or relevant disciplines
Team-player with great interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in oral and written English
Proficient in oral and written Korean/Japanese/ Thai (one of them) is mandatory
Understand and interpret regional regulatory environment and policies/controls, particularly with respect to HR data privacy topics
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Effective planning, organization and time management skills
