💼 Role: Trainer Team Leader (Bilingual Japanese & English)
Performance Accountability: Direct, monitor, and elevate team performance metrics to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Coaching & Mentoring: Deliver continuous professional development, constructive evaluation, and strategic mentorship to drive employee retention and engagement.
Escalation Resolution: Function as the ultimate regional subject matter expert to diagnose, manage, and resolve complex process and customer-facing escalations.
Talent Pipeline Support: Partner strategically with the Talent Acquisition division to optimize screening, interviewing, and selection criteria for upcoming onboarding intakes.
Governance & Compliance: Champion alignment across localized operational decisions, company policies, and corporate structural guidelines.
Strategic Learning Architecture: Analyze, design, and construct modular training programs of moderate complexity, ensuring strict alignment with Adult Learning Principles.
Regional Modification: Adapt foundational global training materials to account for regional language nuances and localized operational variants.
End-to-End Delivery: Facilitate corporate onboarding tracks, process refreshers, and specialized soft-skills workshops for native Japanese-speaking frontline representatives.
Continuous Improvement: Partner with executive leadership to implement data-driven process improvements and support continuous improvement workflows across the campaign.
Japanese: Native-level fluency (Essential for real-time customer processes, continuous auditing, and client relationship management).
English: Business-level proficiency (Essential for executive reporting, cross-functional projects, and internal management collaboration).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a People Management/Supervisory role AND 1 year in Corporate Training & Development.
Industry Context: Previous experience navigating fast-paced customer-centric environments such as e-commerce, food tech distribution, hospitality, or corporate contact centers.
Project Management: Proven competence managing end-to-end training timelines and workflow optimization schemes.
Advanced mastery of Instructional Design frameworks and active classroom facilitation methodologies.
High proficiency in the Google Suite platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for curriculum planning, workflow logging, and data presentation.
Demonstrated analytical capacity to interpret operational performance data and synthesize it into clear, targeted learning solutions.
