The Role
We are looking for an
Omnichannel content producer to take charge of the visual look for Colgate-Palmolive brands. If you love variety—switching between designing high-converting eCommerce stores, editing catchy social media videos, and crafting online & offline assets—this role is for you. We need someone who can work independently, run with their own ideas, and collaborate smoothly with the team.
Core Responsibilities
- Omnichannel & Consumer Journey Design
- E-Commerce Visuals:Create high-conversion E-commerce assets, including store/campaign banners, Store-in-Store (SIS) visuals, and product thumbnails for marketplaces and omnichannel storefronts.
- E-commerce materials localization:Adapt product thumbnails and PDP (Product Description Page) materials in local languages (MY, SG, ID) to optimize the consumer purchase journey.
- Livestream Assets: Design OBS assets including 3D backdrops, animated stickers, and promo overlays.
- Storefront Maintenance & Mega Sales Support: Manage routine storefront updates (~4x/month) and provide standby support during major double-digit sales campaigns (e.g., 11.11).
- O2O Execution: Design integrated assets for Online and Offline retail environments, including OOH, In-store visibility, Ecommerce store, and in-store media for key retailers
- Video Production
- Edit & produce at high volume: Generate images, videos, and visual assets using generative AI tools. (Bonus: Knowledge of AI avatar generation and realistic generative AI tools for social video content.)
- AI Adoption
- AI Creative Workflow: Daily usage of Gemini, TikTok Symphony, AI voiceover and company approved AI tools to increase productivity and scale content creation.
- Edit & produce at high volume: Generate images, videos, and visual assets using generative AI tools. (Bonus: Knowledge of AI avatar generation and realistic generative AI tools for social video content.)
- Livestream & Platform Operations
- Livestream Assets: Design OBS assets including 3D backdrops, animated stickers, and promo overlays.
- Platform Maintenance: Perform routine storefront updates (~4x/month) and provide standby support during Double Digit Sales (e.g., 11.11).
- Asset Management
- Website Management: Maintain product websites with latest product information.
- Social Management: Manage upload schedules for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Data Integrity: Upload final artwork to the internal Content Hub.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
- 3 ~ 5 years of experience in design with focus on marketing, video production, advertising industry.
- Omnichannel Asset Design: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Advanced Video Editing: Expert skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, with a sharp eye for pacing, audio syncing, and social-first visual hooks.
- AI: Active hands-on proficiency with AI image & animation creative tools, translating AI capabilities into performing creatives and business outcome
- Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing native, highly engaging social video work (especially TikTok/Reels format) alongside digital design for marketplaces and storefronts.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to collaborate with multilingual, cross regional teams and agencies.
