Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and medical marketing plans together with client.

General Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing activities that support ethical promotion, scientific education, and disease awareness.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Medical, and external clients to ensure seamless execution and KPI achievement.
  • Own the execution and performance of marketing programs across key channels (Clinics, Hospitals, Key Accounts).
  • Manage and optimize marketing investments and promotions, ensuring strong return on investment.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen scientific credibility and product differentiation.
  • Establish and execute channel strategies, including pricing, promotions, product assortment, and visibility initiatives.
  • Coordinate and communicate product, price, and packaging changes across internal teams and customers.
  • Plan and implement CME programs, scientific meetings, and educational initiatives for healthcare professionals.
  • Partner closely with Medical to ensure accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific messaging.
  • Support disease awareness and educational programs consistent with brand and medical strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical trends, treatment guidelines, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ensure sales teams are equipped with clinical knowledge, product positioning, and compliance understanding to engage healthcare stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure consistent execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and business performance targets.
  • Track, analyze, and deliver agreed KPIs for medical marketing activities.
  • Continuously improving processes linking marketing strategy with field execution and medical engagement.


Functional Skills And Knowledge
  • Strategic brand and business planning, including portfolio management, forecasting, budgeting, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Strong market and customer understanding, translating clinical guidelines, competitive dynamics, and HCP insights into actionable strategies.
  • Solid scientific and clinical knowledge to support evidence‑based positioning, credible differentiation, and compliant promotion.
  • End‑to‑end marketing execution, from campaign development and launch planning to omnichannel delivery and agency management.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with strong work ethics.
  • Data‑driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical skills,
  • Strong cross‑functional influence, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
