Role Purpose:

The role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing business processes, implementing sustainable solutions, and driving a culture of operational excellence.

Working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, this position will lead improvement projects, standardization efforts, and change initiatives to achieve measurable business outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and drive process optimization and transformation initiatives across the APAC region and various HR functions
  • Lead process optimization initiatives to improve productivity, quality, customer experience, and operational effectiveness
  • Identify automation and digitalization opportunities (e.g. RPA, AI, workflow tools)
  • Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and solution design workshops
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance standards
  • Drive standardization of processes across functions and locations where applicable
  • Define, track and report KPIs (e.g. efficiency, quality, cost, user experience, performance gaps). Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions
  • Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to sustain continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience


  • At least 7+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Continous Improvement, Process Optimization, Operational Excellence
  • Experience using continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Design Thinking, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments is preferred
