Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement learning strategies, programs, and frameworks aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
Conduct training needs analysis and design annual training plans to address capability gaps across divisions.
Oversee leadership development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and executive education programs.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and performance metrics.
Manage training budgets, staff training funds, and cost optimization strategies to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive learning innovation, digital learning adoption, and regulatory compliance.
Lead cultural transformation initiatives by championing leadership development and capability-building programs.
Drive continuous improvements in learning policies, processes, and delivery methods to enhance employee development.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development.
Strong knowledge of leadership development, digital learning technologies, and training effectiveness evaluation.
Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and ability to drive change initiatives.
Professional certifications in Learning & Development, HR, or Coaching are a plus.
