Decent for entry-level, but security is shaky
TaskUs is a solid option for getting your foot in the door, especially in the customer support side of the BPO industry. The remote work flexibility is a big draw. However, be aware that job security isn't its strongest point, as client contracts can change often. It's a 'learn what you can and move on' kind of place for many.
