Leadership Can Be Hit or Miss
Working at Active Group has its ups and downs, especially with how leadership operates.
Some senior managers are really supportive, especially if you're new to a Project Coordinator role. They genuinely want to see you grow, and the hybrid work setup in Chicago is solid, which is nice.
But there's inconsistency. Some team leads lack clear direction, and it feels like decisions get made without consulting the project teams. For a corporate environment, communication from the top could be way better.
Managers need to be on the same page and communicate big picture goals more clearly. Better training for new team leads on effective project oversight would help.
