Culture is a mixed bag, depends on your team.

It's an okay place to work, but the overall vibe really depends on your specific team. Not bad, not great.

Pros

I've met some really solid people here; my immediate team was awesome. The hybrid work model is a big plus for work-life balance, allowing me to be remote some days. Pay and benefits are generally competitive for a big tech company in the financial services industry.

Cons

The company culture can feel pretty corporate and a bit slow-moving sometimes. Leadership often feels disconnected from day-to-day operations, which is tough. There's a lot of bureaucracy that can make getting things done frustrating.

Advice to Management

Try to empower teams more and reduce some of the red tape. Focus on building a more cohesive company culture across all departments, not just top-down directives.
