Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
· Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays unless requested by the school
The training programme must achieve the following objectives:
JOB SCOPE
1. To design and plan a developmentally appropriate ICT training programmes.
2. To work with the teacher in-charge to motivate students and equip them with ICT skills for project work.
3. To work with teacher-in-charge to plan comprehensive lesson plans to allow students to be familiar with the use of the ICT applications.
4. To develop students’ passion in the ICT activities.
5. Provide basic ICT hardware/software assistance to teachers, school staff and students.
6. Provide support for School Learning Space portal training for students and teachers
7. Assist in multimedia projects assigned by the school
8. Assist photography/videography for school events
9. Provide support for other duties assigned by the HOD ICT & ICT Manager/Associate
10. Assist in school’s ICT equipment inventory and stock-taking.
11. Conduct IT-based training to staff
12. Explore new technology (software and hardware) and share with ICT support team and staff
