What You’ll Do
- Own calendars, inboxes, and priorities across time zones
- Execute research and high-impact projects
- Create presentations and executive-ready content
- Coordinate with global stakeholders
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, resourceful, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools)
- Available full-time (40 hrs/week), often U.S. hours
- Fully dedicated to one role
Location & Setup
- Must live within 80 km of the Nairobi Hub
- Able to report onsite when needed
- Includes 2 weeks onsite onboarding + ongoing training
Compensation & Benefits
During Training (up to 6 weeks):
