Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to join their team in Monroe, NC. As a Supply Planning Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting the planning and coordination of supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Planning Analyst

Location: Monroe, NC 28111 (Onsite, M-F, 1st Shift)

Pay Range: $25.00/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 6+ Months W2 Contract, potential to extend (NO C2C)


Job Functions:

  • Develop and maintain supply plans to meet production and inventory targets
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
  • Analyze inventory levels and forecast future supply needs
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Prepare reports and communicate supply status to relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Supply chain
  • Logistics or transportation
  • Manufacturing or production
  • Customer service within a regulated or structured environment (private, public, government, or military)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience working with ERP or planning systems such as SAP
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
