Duties
Role/Job title: Focused Procurement Specialists
They will lead content generation by translating category-specific sourcing expertise into structured, AI-ready intelligence—building LLM-optimized fact packs, codifying savings levers and risks, and developing robust savings models—while working with procurement data to enable smarter, scalable sourcing decisions.
Skills
Deep Procurement category knowledge (e.g., IT, Professional Services, Packaging, Logistics etc.)
- Category expertise (cost drivers, supplier landscape, contracting models) across domains such as IT, professional services, packaging, or logistics
- Experience leading/supporting sourcing events (RFP/RFQ), supplier negotiations, and contract structuring tailored to category nuances
- Strong cost & price analytics capability (e.g., should-cost models, benchmarking, rate card analysis, demand levers)
- Familiarity with category-specific risks and levers (e.g., SLAs in IT, scope definition in services, input cost pass-throughs in packaging, network optimization in logistics)
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis/modeling; strong presentation and communication skills to synthesize insights for internal stakeholders
- Understanding of SQL / Python is a plus.
Education
Undergraduate / Post graduate with First Division from any reputed university
